BEFORE PROCEEDING WITH THE USE OF THIS SOFTWARE, CAREFULLY READ THE

THIS LICENSE AGREEMENT AND LIMITED WARRANTY.
This is a legal agreement between You, the purchaser, and Acme-Tek
(http://www.acme-tek.com). By purchasing/using these animations,
you agree to be bound by the following terms of this agreement.
All ownership and copyright of these licensed animations remain the
property of Acme-Tek (http://www.acme-tek.com) during the entire
duration of their use by the purchaser. Acme-Tek grants to you
non-exclusive, non sub-licensable right to use the animations
royalty-free
according to the license terms for any personal or commercial design
project. You may also display the animations in related
documentation, help files, and advertising materials.
You may modify the animations in shape, colour, and/or file format and
use the modified animations royalty-free according to the license
terms for any for any personal or commercial design project. You may
also display the modified animations in related documentation, help
files, and advertising materials.
You may not sell, lease, license, sub-license or redistribute these
animations or a subset of the animations, or any modified animations to
any third party unless they are incorporated into your own software or
design products, which do not compete directly with Acme-Tek's
available collections.
All animation files are provided "As is" without warranties of
merchantability and/or fitness for a particular purpose. You agree to
hold
Acme-Tek harmless for any result that may occur during the course of
using, or inability to use these licensed buttons or images in this set.
